We stayed here the night before flying out of Boston airport on vacation. The room was big enough for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby) to fit comfortably. A crib was provided for the baby. Great location. 24/7 shuttle to the airport. No shuttle from the car rental drop off, if you prefer to drop your car off the night before a flight, but it was a 3 minute walk from the rental return to the hotel. Daily breakfast was provided but we left before it started. The shuttle to the airport was big, we had about 10 people total on ours and we even brought the baby in her stroller and everyone fit perfectly with room to spare. Great stay, would definitely use this hotel again.
Neat location, friendly staff, shuttle to Logan Airport right door .. Great value place to stay that has it all in Boston MA. Thanks to Kevin who made our stay the best experience ever. The omelet guy is talented...yum hot breakfast too with way way more than you would expect.
This location offers a beautiful view of the city, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff has been wonderful. The breakfast is delicious with made to order omelets, fruit, waffles, bacon, sausage and other items. And it is close enough that a short walk through the park and you can catch a train or bus to wherever you need to go. Definitely look forward to staying here again. The only negative experience we had was having a rep try to sell us on additional stays every single day.
I really like the hotel! Walking distance from rental car drop off. Free shuttle to airport and nice size rooms. Only downside is the evening reception is different others, they serve light apps and non alcoholic drinks instead of the free bar drinks that most embassy hotels do. Still not a deal breaker though so give them a try
My last stay 3 weeks ago was excellent. But last night the room was freezing cold. 65 F . Out side was 5 F. The man on front desk was not polite. Changed the room from 326 to 832 with same temp. Sent a van driver to check the problem. And said he cannot do anything more. There was no engineering staff. Very unhappy with this uncomfortable night. Travellers, please be careful.
My overall stay was fine. The room was spacious,clean and up to date. The staff though is not very enthusiastic. One particular valet staff was wonderful. The late night valet guy not so much. Breakfast was not bad for being included. I would stay again for convenience of the car rental place next door.
Only negative charged 75 bucks to check in early at 830 am when room was available. Never had that happen as a gold high honor member. Room and staff good . Waitress named Josephine performed truly heroically keeping her pleasant cool while doing the work of at least three people on a busy Saturday night.
The beds are not comfortable at all so if you have any back issues its gonna be a rough sleep. Water was perfect. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was amazing and the snacks offered in the evening were perfect. Pool is on the smaller side so it was always crowded and full. Loved they had a Starbucks inside and a full drink menu. A bar and restaurant inside were nice to have as options. Know you will get shocked everywhere and it HURTS. Pushing the buttons to the elevator shocked. Making the bed and messing with the sheets the static you will get zapped and it hurts. The static electricity in that place is no joke at all. It was constant and its miserable. We parked at the airport and walked to the hotel its a 15 min walk but its pretty through the park and worth the savings on valet. Overall it was a nice hotel and would stay there again.
